Insurance & Fees
Alabama Medicaid
We currently accept Alabama Medicaid for children. Our office staff will assist you in verifying benefits and preauthorization requirements.
Self-Pay
The initial intake session fee is $150.00. All subsequent sessions will be charged at the standard rate of $135.00 for one hour sessions (50-60 minutes) & $75.00 for half hour sessions (25-35 minutes).
Super Bills
We do not accept commercial insurance at this time; however, our office staff can provide you with a superbill for your insurance provider.
Payment Options
In addition to Medicaid, we accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. We do not accept payment using a sliding scale fee.
